Does anyone know an easy chocolate sauce recipe I can make, only have cream and milk chocolate!? Maybe vanilla?
Question by plush: Does anyone know an easy chocolate sauce recipe I can make, only have cream and milk chocolate!? Maybe vanilla?
I also have things like cocoa and butter. But no other chocolate. Need recipe fast. Also, can I make the sauce early and heat it later – or do I have to make and eat?

Answer by ED
Heat the cream and pour over equal volume of chopped chocolate and stir until dissolved. Add a tbs of butter and a tsp vanilla. This is a ganache sauce. If you let this harden you can make truffles. Reheat, and you have a sauce again.
